Flexible for people who want to learn a bit more but don't want formal learning, runs alongside an apprenticeship programme and develops potential managers. |

Whilst working with Hollybourne Hotels we offer all our staff the opportunity to develop their on job training by undertaking a Level 2 or Level 3 qualification. This may be Hospitality based; Food and Beverage, Reception, Housekeeping, Cookery or also covers Customer Service, Hospitality Supervision, Team Leading and Business Administration. |

We encourage people to undertake a Level 3 qualification, if appropriate, in either, Customer Service, Business Administration, Hospitality Supervision or ILM Management. |

We have a strong track record of pupils progressing to undertake more formal employment with us on a part time and full time basis. |
