Alton House Hotel
General Assistant
Required for 40 hours a week working 5 days out of 7. Must be friendly and committed to providing excellent customer service and working as part of a team. In return we will offer full training in all departments and the opportunity to combine studying for a qualification alongside this position in order to develop a career in the industry. Sous Chef
Full time position available with a busy kitchen 40 hours a week, we are looking for a creative individual who has the drive and ambition to cook and present a high standard of food at all times, who also can run the kitchen in the Head Chef's absence and assist with training junior members of staff. Bar Person

Housekeeper

Kitchen Porter

Manor House Hotel
Assistant Manager Food & Beverage
Reporting to the General Manager/Deputy Manager and responsible for all food service staff and all hotel staff when on duty management shift.
Duties include:
*Liaising closely with C&B Coordinator and Head Chef
*Ensuring customer satisfaction
*Run functions and special events efficiently and to a high standard
*Identify training needs and ensure training of all food service staff using company procedure when required
*Maintain high level of product knowledge of menus, rates and packages available
*Carry out duty management shifts as per rota set by General Manager thus taking responsibility for smooth running and standards of all departments dealing with guests, staff queries and problems and communicating back to relevant managers.
